With two bathrooms in the home, one was unusable. The bathroom renovation included new fixtures and a new look through tile work. The kitchen renovations were done to update this family’s need for more storage space with an extra pantry and pull-out drawers on their island countertop. They also wanted to add special touches to the kitchen, so they had a new backsplash installed. The renovations included removing the living room fireplace and putting in an open plan design with sliding doors for access from both sides of the home. The stairs were also renovated to give it more space on each step with wider treads and railing added as well.
